Online Fault Detection Device
The Online Fault Detection Device can monitor the operation of the power grid in real-time. Upon the occurrence of a fault, it immediately sends the fault information (e.g. the fault type and location) wirelessly to the backend server via LTE and alerts the staff on duty. It provides direct guidance for the troubleshooting and maintenance of transmission lines, significantly reducing down time and power loss, thereby improving the reliability of the network. Additionally, by analyzing historical fault data, targeted modifications to the power grid can be made to prevent potential line faults, positively impacting the safe operation of the power grid.
Drone Based Transmission Line Inspection System
The system consists of a master vehicle and up to 9 drones. The master vehicle supplies reliable location information and controls the drones. The drones can work in parallel and send inspection images and other measurement data to the master vehicle, which further process the collected data.
Smart Cable Stripping Device
The smart cable stripping device includes a wire stripping device, a rotary driver, a control unit, and a sliding contact. It is used in conjunction with an insulated operation rod and can be remotely controlled through a remote controller. It can reliably strip the outer skin of overhead insulated cables.
The product is suitable for 11kV and 22kV overhead distribution network transmission lines for tapping and leading operations. It enables easy stripping of the outer sheath of cable insulation on-site with manual tools.
